Challenge
The brand felt old and outdated, but the logo couldn't be touched. The task was to retain its integrity while still giving the brand a much-needed facelift, modern and credible enough to match the scale of the work.
Approach
We rebranded around the existing logo, keeping its equity intact while lifting everything around it. The centrepiece was a project-identifier system: using satellite maps, we located each real project site, from the Port Mann Bridge to the Caldecott Tunnel, and designed a consistent marker to pin and map them, turning the portfolio into proof. We carried the system through a full website rebuild, shifting the story from builder to a firm engineering the infrastructure of connected nations.
