Challenge
The best-looking homes in India were filled with flooring made everywhere but here. The premium category was dominated by imported brands, leaving Indian-made flooring seen as the lesser choice. Velaro needed a brand that made "designed in India" feel like a point of pride rather than a compromise, built for Indian homes, Indian conditions, and Indian budgets.
Approach
We led with brand strategy, then built the full identity across branding, stationery, and packaging. The work positioned Velaro as a confident, homegrown alternative: designed in India, tested against India's conditions, and priced for Indian homes.
