Challenge
In a crowded market, plain T-shirts and basics tend to blend together with little to set them apart. As an Indian seller competing in the US, norfold needed a distinct identity and a positioning that lifted them above the "just another basics brand" perception.
Approach
We worked across brand naming, brand positioning, and packaging, positioning Khor as elevated basics rather than ordinary tees. We also produced their Amazon listings and AI product photography, giving them a competitive edge from identity through to the point of sale in a new market.
